General Conditions of Sale Orlandosidee

These Conditions of sale are valid for any orders placed at Orlandosidee | Owner Carola Berardi; Hedwigstr. 3;12159 Berlin;Germany via the Internet Shop www.orlandosidee-gewuerze.de. Or by E-mail, Telephone or Fax.

Placing an order for any of our products implies the acceptance of the general conditions of sale that follow.

No minimum Order with insured transportation inside of Europe for 9,90 Euro

(Approximate Delivery Time for Europe: 5 Working days. Approximate Delivery Time for Europe: Germany 3 Working days.)

Prices for Private Clients, Hotels and Restaurants

Prices shown are subject to change and include 7 % sales taxes

Prices do not include shipping costs.

Insured Shipping costs of 9,90 Euro are added at the end of the shopping process.

Conditions and Delivery Times

On receiving your order we will immediately sent confirmation (fax, e-mail) with shipping costs and banc coordinates for European banctransfers (IBAN & BIC). This confirmation is valid for 14 days.

After the payment is received we will ship immediately the order by Hermes Logistic / GLS / DHL (insured transport). Delivery Time depends on the courier. (Approximate Delivery Time for Europe: 5 Working days. Approximate Delivery Time for Europe: Germany 3 Working days.)

In general and in any specific case, a delay of any kind beyond our control will justify the cancellation of the order from our part and we will reimburse the paid amount.

Claims- Warranties-Returned Goods

Any complaints should be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

It is the client's responsibility, on receipt of the goods, to report any anomaly (package damage, breakages, leakage,etc.) by recording it on the consignment note. Within 48 Hours, the customer will then confirm the anomaly by mail to the courier including a copy of the declaration for OrlandosIdee.

The customer is protected by our guarantee of quality. The shipping costs for replacement of items returned due to damage to OrlandosIdee will be covered by us. Shipping cost for goods returned for any other reason will be paid by the customer. Reimbursement for the order will be made in the two weeks following receipt of the returned goods.

Penalty

For orders that cannot be delivered by the Courier and returned to us, due to the customers fault of transmitting a wrong address, being absent or not accepting the package we charge 25 Euro. If the customer likes us to sent the package to another address delivery charges of 9,90 Euro are due.
